Esotropia

As we said in a previous chapter, the suffix (-tropia) indicates the marked presence of strabismus (in contrast with the suffix -phoria, meaning the latent) and the prefix (eso) denotes the direction towards the eye is squinting, which in this case is inwardly (nasal).
